Family Pictures in Huntington Beach

Since the weather has been so nice lately, we decided to go down to Huntington Beach and take some pictures of my two adorable nieces. They are so cute and I'm not just saying that because they are my nieces. It's crazy how big they both are already. We only took a couple of pictures since we were pretty hungry (and a vanilla milkshake at Ruby's on the pier was calling my name) but we got some cute shots.

Engagement Pictures at the Balboa Fun Zone

A couple of weekends ago, I had the opportunity to shoot James and Andrea's Engagement pictures at the Balboa Fun Zone in Newport Beach. They are such a cute couple and are truly in love. They are getting married July 16 at the Long Beach Sky Room. The date is coming up so fast and I am so excited for them! Congratulations you guys! 

Birds Nest Cupcakes

I love cupcakes!!! Well, I love sweets, but I definitely have a soft spot for cupcakes. When I saw these cupcakes in a magazine, I just had to make them. The cupcakes were lemon flavored with a vanilla/lemon frosting. Yum!!! I was a little worried about the taste when the directions called for chow mein noodles, but since they were covered in melted candy, they were delicious! I think they came out looking pretty good, considering I'm no Martha Stewart :)
